Why the monitor will be video avatar when connecting VGA cable?

It’s normal of the video avatar of VGA cable connecting, that is because the VGA cable transmutes the analog signal. During the signal transmission, it needs to be digital   analog    digital, which will results in signal loss. And, the farther transmission distance, the more serious signal interference, the signal attenuation more serious, the video avatar will be more serious.
The common VGA cable will be video avatar at more than 15 meters of transmission distance if you set the device properly. However, VCOM high quality VGA cable can ensure that there is no video avatar in 50 m transmission distance in actual use.
